Dog pile, verbally attacking me
Trying to condemn and criticize
While they hide behind their computer screens
The stuff they say is wild
I'm so over it
...
I'll never live up to other people's expectations
and I'm okay with that because I don't intend to
I find my hope and peace in knowing
That God loves me unconditionally
Regardless of what other people say
They can't separate me from God
I remind myself of this truth
Mentally placing myself in that back left pew:
"God loves you
and there's nothing you can do about it
There's nothing you can do
to make God love you any more
and there's nothing you can do
